St. Louis, MO — October 15, 2025 — BioSTL today announced a strategic partnership with AgVaya LLP to launch Global AgXelerate, a new international collaboration platform designed to connect agriculture innovators, startups, and industry leaders with opportunities to establish their U.S. base in St. Louis and elevate the region’s profile as a global hub for agriculture innovation.
This partnership reflects BioSTL’s vision of positioning St. Louis as the premier U.S. landing hub for global agtech companies, creating a gateway for international innovators to access U.S. markets, investment, research collaborations, and commercial growth opportunities while showcasing St. Louis on the world stage.
The initiative comes at a pivotal time as regenerative agriculture gains global momentum amid climate change, resource constraints, and rising demand for sustainable food systems. While scientific breakthroughs are emerging around the world, innovators often face barriers to U.S. market entry. Global AgXelerate bridges that gap — providing a structured, supportive pathway to land and scale in St. Louis.
St. Louis is uniquely positioned to be the U.S. home for the world’s most promising agriculture innovators,” said Donn Rubin, President & CEO of BioSTL. “Our region has one of the strongest agtech ecosystems in the country, with unparalleled corporate, academic, and startup resources. Through Global AgXelerate, we’re making it easier for startups to land here, scale faster, and bring their technologies to market — strengthening St. Louis’ leadership in sustainable food and agriculture and raising our visibility globally.
The initiative was officially launched today at the seminar “Innovations for Regenerative Agriculture – Indian and Global Experiences” in New Delhi, which featured keynote addresses, startup showcases, and conversations on advancing cross-border agtech innovation.
India’s agtech innovators are ready to scale globally,” said Ram Kaundinya, Partner at AgVaya LLP. “This partnership with BioSTL opens a direct, strategic pathway to the U.S. market through St. Louis — a leading center for agricultural innovation. We’re excited to work together to connect promising technologies with the partners, capital, and customers they need to make global impact.
Global AgXelerate will provide:
- Soft-landing programs to help global startups establish their U.S. presence in St. Louis
- Joint accelerator initiatives and investor engagement opportunities
- Policy and regulatory dialogues to ease market entry
- International technology transfer and commercialization support
In addition to India, the platform will build connections with other key global innovation hubs, including the UK, the Netherlands, Israel, Australia, and Latin America — making St. Louis a central hub in a growing international innovation network.
