Alex Andrews
Senior Associate, BioGenerator Ventures
Alex Andrews, PhD, is a Senior Associate with BioGenerator Ventures. In this role he conducts due diligence and evaluates investment opportunities for the team.
Immediately prior to joining BioGenerator Ventures, he was a scientist working at Precision Biosciences, a biotechnology company in North Carolina. There he acted as a lead for early phase R&D research and cell therapy solid tumor programs.
Alex also brings immuno-oncology experience from his postdoctoral work at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. He holds a PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from Vanderbilt University, where his thesis focused on mechanisms of DNA repair.
