Amanda Conley joins BioSTL as a highly experienced administrative leader with a 20+ year track record of partnering with executive leadership in streamlining operations, and fostering high-performing teams across dynamic, high growth industries. She has served as a strategic partner to leadership in a range of industries—from legal and finance to healthcare and manufacturing—but found her professional home in the innovative spirit of ag biotech and in the startup space. She thrives in mission-driven environments where bold ideas take root and is passionate about creating the structure that helps visionary teams flourish.
When she is not scaling mountains (of laundry) or searching out rare (baseball) diamonds, Amanda finds joy in traveling with her 2 sons, volunteering with various community organizations, selling produce at the Vine Street Farmers Market, digging in the dirt, pickling all the vegetables, and fostering her continued learning of all things plants and science!
