Tanya Yatzeck

Senior Manager of Business Process Optimization

Tanya has over 20 years of senior project management experience across St. Louis utilities, financial, retail, software, marketing & public relations, and nonprofit organizations managing short and long-term projects. Her focus here is to collaborate with colleagues to create, implement and manage policies and processes that streamline BioSTL’s operations.

Most recently serving as Lead Project Manager in the Ameren Digital Project Management Office, Tanya drove multiple software projects supporting the Ameren Trade Floor and Contract Management departments. She has served as a mentor to young professionals at multiple previous employers as well as for the Metro St. Louis Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She served on the board of the Innovative Technology in Education Fund (ITEF), concluding her six-year term in 2024.

Tanya holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts & Sciences from Washington University, and a BA in Art History and Spanish from Beloit College. She participated in the Coro Women in Leadership Program and is certified in Project Management (PMP) and Organizational Change Management (PROSCI). She lives in Lafayette Square in St. Louis with two cats and is writing a historical novel about French St. Louis.
